I was punished: what now?

See also: Rules

If the game tells you that your account was warned, muted or blocked, you were punished for breaking the game rules. Below are the punishments and the violations that can lead to them.

Punishments in the game

  • Warning: a notice in the chat that you broke a rule. Further violations are punished harder.
  • Mute: you cannot write in the chat for a while or for good. When you try, the chat tells you how long the mute lasts and why.
  • Block (ban): you cannot log in for a while or for good. The login screen shows the reason and how long it lasts. A block also stops other accounts on the same computer or internet connection: a new account does not get around it.

Swearing in the chat can be punished automatically: first with a warning, and a second time within 12 hours with a mute of at least 12 hours.

Why an account is blocked

Your account can be blocked for:

  • a forbidden nickname: insults, swearing, advertising, political agitation, extremism, discrimination and the like (see Change nickname);
  • playing with bots or programs that play for you;
  • cheats;
  • exploiting bugs;
  • sabotage;
  • fraud;
  • giving your account to someone else.

How do I appeal?

If your account was blocked or punished in another way, you can appeal the decision. For serious violations of the game rules a block is not lifted, and not knowing the rules does not excuse you. If you are sure that you did not break the rules, or that there was a mistake:

  1. Contact our support on our Discord server or by e-mail to [email protected] (see Support).
  2. Give your nickname and an e-mail address where we can answer you.
  3. Describe the problem in as much detail as you can.
  4. If you have screenshots that show you are not to blame, attach them.
  5. Then wait for the answer: the support will get back to you.
