Terms of Service

These terms apply to Revive Tanki: the game client, the game server, this website, our Discord server and its bot (together "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

About Revive Tanki

Revive Tanki is a fan project that keeps the discontinued game tanki playable. It is run by volunteers and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original developer or publisher of tanki. Tanki and related names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Keep your password and the e-mail address of your account safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• An account is personal: you may not sell, trade, give away or share it.
• Use a valid e-mail address: it is needed to restore access to your account.

Rules of conduct

The Game Rules are part of these terms. In particular, you may not:

• use cheats, bots, macros, modified game clients or other software that gives you an advantage or changes the game,
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them,
• harass, insult, threaten or discriminate against other players,
• impersonate members of our staff,
• spam, advertise or post links to harmful sites,
• try to access other players' accounts or attack the service.

Our staff may warn, mute or ban players who break these terms or the Game Rules, for a limited time or permanently, depending on how serious the violation is. A ban can also extend to the device or connection used. Read the Privacy Policy for what is stored for this. If you think a punishment was a mistake, contact us through support.

Virtual items and currencies

Crystals, X-crystals, items, skins, containers and other content in the game are virtual. You receive a right to use them in the game, not ownership. They have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for real money. We may change, rebalance or remove game content, for example to keep the game fair.

Purchases and donations

You can buy X-crystals and other content with real money through our payment providers. The price is shown before you pay. Purchased content is delivered to your account right after the payment.

Digital content is delivered at once at your request, which is why the right of withdrawal ends once it has been delivered, where the law allows this. Your other statutory rights remain unaffected. If something went wrong with a purchase, for example it did not arrive, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it.

Purchases that are reversed through a chargeback or that were made with someone else's payment details without permission may lead to the content being removed and the account being banned.

Our Discord server and bot

Our Discord server and bot are part of the service. Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply there as well. You can connect your Discord account to your game account and remove the connection at any time.

Availability of the service

The service is run by volunteers and is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We may change, interrupt or end the service, or parts of it, for example for maintenance or updates. We will announce planned shutdowns of the whole service in advance on our Discord server and website.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are only liable for the breach of an obligation that is essential to the service, limited to the damage that was typical and foreseeable. Liability under mandatory law remains unaffected.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the service changes. We will announce important changes in the game, on our Discord server or on this website. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
