Send crash logs
If you are stuck with an issue like client launch, a crash, game freezes on the login screen, while loading or something else, first thing you should do is to check Common Issues site. If you didn't find a solution, you can send us the crash logs. This will help us to identify the problem and provide you with a solution.
How to do report a technical issue:
- Please locate and open the output_log.txt file, which can be found in the tankix_data game folder inside the game installation directory.
- Open and save the content of the file on any cloud storage (Yandex.Disk, Google Docs, Dropbox, somewhere that will allow us to view the file without downloading it). Alternatively, you can copy/paste the content of the file to the Pastebin service.
- Please search the Common Issues site for your issue. Chances are that there already is a solution. Reading the crash log (bottom) will help you find a solution faster.
- If you didn't find anything, please contact us and send the link to the crash log, along with a detailed description of the problem.
IMPORTANT! When you get an error, do not restart the game client, otherwise the logs will be cleared and reset. Instead, follow the steps above right away.
