Every account is worth something: it holds your time and maybe your money. Accounts are mostly lost through carelessness or not knowing the rules. Read this page to keep yours as safe as possible.
A reliable e-mail
Your account is tied to an e-mail address, and a reliable mailbox is the first step to a safe account: through it you get a new password when you forget yours.
Use a well-known mail provider with good spam and virus protection, and set up its own recovery options (a phone number or a backup address), so that you can get back into the mailbox itself.
Confirm your e-mail and connect Discord: Discord is a second way to get a new password.
A strong password
- A password should be hard to guess but easy for you to remember. If you have many strong passwords, a password manager keeps them for you.
- Use different passwords for your mailbox and your game account. Whoever steals one of them then cannot get into the other and change both.
- Don't tell your password to anyone, not even friends or family: your account is yours alone. If someone plays on your account, type the password in yourself.
- On someone else's computer, always enter the password yourself and leave Remember me unticked.

Warning!
The administration never asks for your password, not even to help you with a problem. To help you, support needs only your nickname and your account's e-mail.
Official resources
Fraudsters copy official pages to steal players' logins: this is called phishing. Whoever enters their nickname and password on such a page may lose the account for good.
Your Revive Tanki password is entered in the game itself and nowhere else. Our website revivetanki.com never asks for it, and neither does anyone on our Discord server.
Download the game only from the download page of our website. When you connect Discord, you log in on Discord's own website (discord.com), not on a page of ours.
Never enter your login and password on other websites or in programs on your computer: they may be phishing or viruses.
More advice
- Don't download programs that promise cheats, free crystals and the like. Your account either ends up with fraudsters or gets blocked for breaking the game rules.
- Keep your operating system and browser up to date, and use a reliable antivirus.
Restoring or changing the password
If you think your account was stolen, or you forgot your password, you can set a new one: on the login screen, click Forgot nickname or password?. The code comes to your account's e-mail or, if you connected Discord, as a message on Discord (see Restore your account).
If you are logged in automatically (Remember me), log out first: open your profile by clicking your avatar, open ACCOUNT and click Logout.
If none of this works, contact our support or write to [email protected].
