You drive your tank with the keyboard, and with the mouse if you like. These are the keys the game starts with; you can assign other keys to most actions in the settings, tab CONTROLS, under Keys assignment. The default button there brings back the keys below.

Mouse
Mouse control is switched on by default. In the settings, tab CONTROLS, you can switch it off (Enable mouse controls in battles), invert the vertical axis and set the Mouse sensitivity, which starts at 50%. For comfortable play we suggest 20 to 50%.
- Moving the mouse left and right turns the camera, and the turret follows it. Every turret turns at its own speed, so the turret often lags behind the camera: find the sensitivity that suits you and get used to it.
- Moving the mouse up and down tilts the camera; while aiming with Shaft, it raises and lowers the sight.
- Mouse wheel: raises and lowers the camera.
- Left button: shot.
- Right button, held: the turret stays where it is.
- Middle button (pressing the wheel): centers the turret.
The keyboard and the mouse take turns: as soon as you press a turret key, the keyboard turns the turret; when you move the mouse again, the mouse takes over. Everything else is done with the keys above.
What to do if your tank flipped over?
First try to get back on your tracks with the recoil of your turret. Sometimes turning the turret helps, or a team mate pushes you back.
If nothing helps, press Delete to self-destruct. Players up to rank 6 are reminded of it when their tank has lain on its back for 6 seconds. After you press the key, a countdown of 5 seconds runs on the screen, then your tank is destroyed. A self-destruction counts as a death, costs you 10 battle points and takes back one of your kills, if you have any.
