Restore your account

If you have lost access to your account, you can restore it with one of the following methods.

Please note: You can only restore access to accounts created at the Revive Tanki project, released on October 9, 2021. We do not have access to accounts created prior to this date. When the project started, everyone started from scratch.

Via Email

1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen in the game.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and confirm.
3. Check your email inbox for a message from Revive Tanki with a password reset code.
4. Enter the code in the game client to be able to set a new password.

Via Discord

This method is only available if your account is connected to Discord (see E-mail and Discord).

1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen in the game.
2. Click WITH DISCORD below CONTINUE. Your browser opens Discord's login.
3. Log in with the Discord account that is connected to your game account and allow access. Keep the game open meanwhile: the link is valid for 10 minutes.
4. The website confirms it, and the game shows the window for your new password.

If the browser did not open, click WITH DISCORD again. If your Discord account is not connected to any game account, the game tells you so: restore access by email then.
