Restore your account

If you have lost access to your account, you can restore it with one of the following methods.

Please note: You can only restore access to accounts created at the Revive Tanki project, released on October 9, 2021. We do not have access to accounts created prior to this date. When the project started, everyone started from scratch.

Via Email

1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen in the game.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and confirm.
3. Check your email inbox for a message from Revive Tanki with a password reset code.
4. Enter the code in the game client to be able to set a new password.

Via Discord

This method is only available if you have linked your account to Discord.

1. Copy your Discord ID. You can find it by right-clicking on your profile in Discord and selecting "Copy ID".
2. Make sure you are on the official Revive Tanki Discord server so that our bot can send you a message.
3. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen in the game.
4. Enter your Discord ID in the following format into the email field: <your_discord_id>@discord.com.
5. Check your Discord direct messages for a message from ReviveBot with a password reset code.
6. Enter the code in the game client to be able to set a new password.
